This was temporary position I trained for a tax software company. I completed a 6 week training to certify with the company's offered product; which would lead me to assist customers with their accounts and any issues they would have with the installation process.

This was a part-time position I trained for to assist the current manager with opening and closing the store, training new employees hired under myself, opening ans closing store deposits, as well as training new employees hired under myself to serve consumers during store hours. This job also entailed in placing inventory orders and stocking the store with needed merchandise.
